Order and delivery
You can easily order your products via our webshop. After your order you can track your order online to see the progress of your ordered product.
Placing your order
Placing your order at Rokxshop.com is quick and easy, just follow the next steps:
Step 1: Products in your shopping cart
- Find the product that you want to buy and click the image of the product.
- Choose the quantity and, if possible, the colour.
- Click ‘order your product’.
- Continue shopping? Click ‘continue shopping’. The chosen product is saved in your shopping cart.
Step 2: Check order
- Check if your order is correct (article, quantity, colour and size).
- Discount code? Fill in your code at ‘discount code’
- Completed your order? Click ‘payment’
Step 3: Completing your order with paying
- Fill in the address, this is the address we will send the invoice to.
- If you have another delivery address, untick the checkbox ‘send to the same address’ and fill in the correct delivery address.
- Select the method of shipping (transmit or pick up).
- Select your payment method.
- Did you fill everything? Click ‘place your order’.
- You will receive a conformation e-mail of your order. Enjoy your product(s)!
Adjusting your order:
You can adjust or cancel your order without any costs until shipment or picking up the order. Exceptions are specifically for you ordered products or assembled products. If you want to adjust or cancel your order, please contact our sales department at 0031 (0)10-5214333.
Following your order:
If you have an account at rokxashop.com you can monitor the status of your order. When we have send your order, your product can be followed by ‘track-and-trace‘ or the parcel service will contact you about the delivery.
If you place your order, you can automatically see if your product is in stock or sadly is not. When your product is in stock it will be send, after we received the payment, within 2 working days to your delivery address. It can take a few days before we received your payment when you have selected the ‘bank transfer’-option or if you have payed via a foreign bank account. Then it takes longer before your order will be delivered. When you have selected the ‘pick-up’-option, your product will be ready for pick-up the next working day. If your product isn’t in stock, we will contact you about the expected delivery time. Once the product is back in stock we will send you a message that the product will be send to you or that the product can be picked up in our store.
Delivery and time of delivery:
We can ship all of our products. Depending on de dimensions and destination we select the best method of shipping. We use PostNL, GLS or DSV to ship our products. In all cases you will receive a track-and-trace code or the delivery is by appointment. So you know exactly when you can expect delivery.
Rokshop.com cares a lot about the environment and the nature. So we recycle a lot of our packaging. As a result, it is possible that the image/product name at the package doesn’t match the order and the content.
